As we look forward to returning to our dojos in the not too distant future. We would like to invite all students who wish to train with Spillard Karate to complete this short registration form.

It may seem like another thing to do, especially if you have been training with Spillard Karate for years, but it is important for us to have this information.

Why do we need this information?
As we move forward as an independent karate association we would like to:

• Have accurate numbers of students wishing to train with us, allowing us to schedule classes and potentially introduce new sessions
• To ensure appropriate size of Dojos - to maintain social distancing while needed
• Provide licences and insurance for our students
• Plan the next grading
• Update our contact details
• Protect your privacy now that we are no longer associated with the UKSKO
